{The Chocolate Milk Parade}

This, to all other Rigby-ites, is the Jefferson County Stampede Parade.
But not to my kids. They reject your reality and substitute it for their own. It is now, officially, "THE Chocolate Milk Parade." The best parade ever, anywhere, for obvious reasons:

They're so easy to please!
Well, most of them are. Maren could do without the sirens, I suppose.

Loud noises aside, where else do you get to hang your mayor?

Watch giant shopping carts zoom down the road?

Or dream of being the pretty lady that gets to stand on two horses? (Elizabeth's dream, not mine...)

Aiden got really excited to see all the "cows." Only they were horses. Unless you asked Aiden, then they were cows. He loves the cows. What pretty cows! Look at all the cows! Cows, cows, COWS! Poor Papa was hanging his head in shame. I, however, encouraged this behavior shamefully all while laughing my head off! "Aiden, let me take your picture with the COWS!!!"
*giggle*giggle*SNORT!*

Nana seems to be having a bit more luck training her posterity.

(Thumbs down for yellow...)

(Thumbs up for red!)
