{My Bestest Friends}

I have the best friends a girl could ever ask for! We finally got together again (most of us, anyway) this last weekend for a fabulous trip to Park City! The fun never ended!

I just love these girls because we have been friends forever -- I mean forever! Tracy and I are cousins, Jana, Shana, and Kari and I were all in the same Kindergarten class, and Angie and Krista were friends long before our little group was made in 8th grade. I have loved these girls for over 20 years! I look back and am so grateful to have them all through high school and beyond. The longer we are friends, the more I realize what we have is so rare. It's amazing because it can be years between when we see each other and everything just picks up right where we left off.

We laughed together, we cried together, we prayed together, we ate and ate and ate, we shopped, and we barely slept! I can't wait until we can do it all again!

Angie telling Shana's fortune to find out who her hubby will be! I can't believe she even remembered how to do it!

Krista is so happy because she has a small spoon... the big spoons make her cry, and nobody wants to cry while eating ice cream!

We decided to make a bunch of hair bows for our little girlies and nieces. Of course we have to model!

...and one flower barrette becomes all the flower barrettes...

...and suddenly we're a group of totally retro synchronized swimmers! (Yes, it was really late at night!)

We ended up making 133 hair bows that night!

We had to get a pic with Jana who joined us on the web cam! We missed you and Kari so much! I kept looking around thinking someone was missing. It made me sad... : (

I just love Shana because she thinks nothing at all of drinking her Dr. Pepper in a fancy glass!

To our Arizona girl snow is just a painful distant memory, and she had to get a few pics for proof!

Poor little daffodil!

I love you girls all so much! Thanks for such an amazing weekend. I came home happier, fulfilled, inspired and tired! I can't wait until we can do it all over again!

That is so awesome! Isn't it amazing how time doesn't change anything, it just makes things deeper and richer. I love it. Old friends are wonderful~! :) Glad you had so much fun!
